OLYMPIA, Wash. --- The Washington State Department of Natural Resources will lower the fire danger rating overnight for some northeast Washington counties.
The fire danger rating will drop from “high” to “moderate” in Spokane, Stevens, Lincoln, Ferry, and Pend Oreille counties at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday.
The fire danger rating in Okanogan County will remain high.
