ADAMS COUNTY, Wash. --- A fatal crash closed State Route 17 Monday afternoon.
WSP reported the road was closed from mile post 28-18 after the deadly crash.
It took out power lines and caused a brush fire that threatened one house. By about 3:30, the fire was under control, officials said.
Trooper Brian Moore tweeted the fire was mostly out and troopers will be investigating the scene for “several hours” just before 4 p.m. on Monday.
