One of the fastest growing social media sites is facing a strange problem. Thinspiration has made its way onto Pinterest.

Pro Anorexia users are exchanging motivational images and tips for making themselves unhealthily thin.

Pinterest has updated its terms of service to prevent users from pinning content related to the pro-ana movement. The site forbids any content that "creates a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, or death…."

Despite the update to its terms of service, Pinterest seems to have done little to edit out the pro-anorexia content.
