SPOKANE—Many people are now turning to the internet to make a living, something unheard of until the last several years.

Eve Glenn is one local business owner who is using the internet to shape her new career.

Just a few months ago Glenn was working at a bank.  Now she helps people set up and run their own online stores and home-based businesses.

She says technology has changed the way many young adults develop their careers.

The 26 year-old says although she works from home and sets her own schedule, she works just as hard as anyone else.  She says that at the end of the day her effort determines her success.

This year Glenn was chosen as one of Spokane’s “Top 20 Under 40.”
