Spokane serial killer gets 3 life sentences without possibility of parole

KREM 2's Amanda Roley reports on how a Spokane serial killer is expected to spend the rest of her life behind bars, after being convicted of killing three prostitutes in 1990. (7-24-17)

SPOKANE, Wash.—Judge Price sentenced Spokane serial killer, Donna Perry, to three counts of life in prison with no possibility of parole.

Perry was found guilty last month for the murders of three women in 1990.  The bodies of Yolanda Sapp, Kathleen Brisbois and Nickie Lowe were all found shot to death near the Spokane River weeks apart.

Judge Price said at the sentencing he did not know these women, but it felt like he did now.

“This may be the most complicated case of my career,” said Judge Price.

Reports said these cases were listed as unsolved until 2012 when Perry’s DNA was linked to the victims.
