No students injured after school bus crash in Deer Park

DEER PARK, Wash. -- The driver of a car was injured after the vehicle crashed with a school bus Friday.

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said the collision happened near the 1400 block of East Denison-Chattaroy Road.

The driver sustained a hand injury.  The 20-30 students aboard the bus were not injured, according to authorities.  The road was partially blocked for a time as a result of the crash.

The cause of the incident was not immediately known.
