LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Big bug are taking over at the Louisville Zoo.
Monday morning 13 massive animatronic bugs arrived at the zoo in three semi trucks, to be part of a temporary exhibit sponsored by Ford Motor Company.
Many of the bugs came off assembled, but some, like the tarantula, needed legs and other parts put on.
The Mexican Red Knee Tarantula is the largest of the bugs to be on display, while a firefly is the smallest. Some of the bugs will be interactive as well.
The exhibit starts March 28 and runs through September 28.
