Lohan was ordered to appear before Los Angeles Superior Judge Stephanie Sautner on Wednesday for allegedly violating probation in a jewelry shoplifting case and to answer to a new charge of lying to Santa Monica police when she told them that she was not driving a Porsche involved in a collision with a truck on Pacific Coast Highway. Lohan avoided jail for now however, Judge Sautner scheduled the case to be brought back to court March 1st, and again on March 18th if the case goes to trial.
