NASHVILLE (AP) -- Patti Page had plenty of TV outlets where she could sing her hits "Tennessee Waltz" and "(How Much is That) Doggie in the Window." Page was the first singer to have TV shows on all three major networks. She also costarred in several movies, including "Elmer Gantry." On stage, she starred in "Annie Get Your Gun." Page sang "Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte" at the Oscars. And her music was on the soundtracks of several movies and TV shows, including "Porky's," "Pink Flamingos" and "Six Feet Under." Page died on New Year's Day, five weeks before she was going to be honored at the Grammys with a Lifetime Achievement Award. She was 85.
