We may be too cheap to have an Elf on the shelf but Homer the helpful nutcracker came to our daughter and he gets the job done! This is Homer planning a home improvement project with help from some extraterrestrial ET triplets getting ready to start a renovation with Home Depot so this guy suits our situation! We're remodeling during the holidays is not easy but our little girl made a wish for new carpet and paint and she is getting it!
