MICHAEL JACKSON: ESTATE LIMITS RELATIVES FROM MOM'S HOME
Credit: Getty Images
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Michael Jackson's estate says it's keeping some members of the Jackson clan away from the home the late pop star's mother shares with his three kids. A statement from the estate doesn't say which family members are being told to keep their distance. But yesterday's statement comes less than a week after a family scuffle in the driveway of the home last week when Randy, Janet and Jermaine Jackson approached Michael's kids. The Los Angeles sheriff's office is investigating that incident as a possible assault -- though they aren't saying yet who might have been involved. The estate says an approved guest list has been requested by TJ Jackson -- Tito's son -- who was named temporary guardian of the children last week.
