LAS VEGAS (AP) -- A company that bought the rights to convert Wayne Newton's house into a museum is suing him and wants to make him move out immediately. CSD says in its lawsuit Newton is delaying the project to make sure the $50 million museum in Las Vegas never opens. CSD says the deal called for Newton and his family to move into a new $2 million house on the estate so their mansion can be converted into a museum. The lawsuit calls for the Newtons to immediately vacate the home to let the museum go forward and to turn over their personal memorabilia. The suit also claims Newton sexually harassed a young female employee. Newton's publicist and lawyer did not return calls for comment.
