The world's third tallest tower International Commerce Centre when finised by 2010 -- will be ready for use while the upper stories are still being constructed. The 118-storey, 490-metres (1,500 feet) high, skyscraper will stand directly across Hong Kong's famous harbour from the the Chinese territory's present tallest building, 2IFC, which dominates the downtown skyline.
