J. LO: IN BRAZIL FOR CARNIVAL

RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) -- It's Carnival time in Brazil. Jennifer Lopez and Fergie were among the big names watching samba dancers at Rio de Janeiro's Carnival parade. A beer company was promoting Lopez, while a hair care company hosted Fergie. Neither one planned to actually parade in the event, but J.Lo waved to the crowd as more than a dozen samba schools held a fierce, sweaty competition.
