NIC construction students receive real world training

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho-- For the 20th year, construction students a North Idaho College are getting some hands on training.

Each year the students build a home to be raffled off in NIC’s Really Big Raffle. The home this year is worth $250,000. The prize home is being built on Coeur d’Alene along Atlas Road.

Raffle tickets sell for $100. NIC organizers sell 5,000 tickets each year. Workers already sold 1,700 tickets

You must be at least 18-years-old to buy a ticket. The home is raffled off July 10th.
   
Next year the students will build the raffle house in Post Falls.
