KREM.com readers support of President Barack Obama has surged during the second part of the day.
The naysayers expressed overwhelming dissatisfaction and dismay early in the day. As the noon hour approached sentiment was mixed.
Since that time; however, Obama supporters have drowned out those who are less than enthusiastic about Obama.
Fifty percent of those surveyed said they are excited about Obama's presidency and the future while 40 percent said they were not excited and felt the new president has been overhyped. Ten percent said they were indifferent to Obama.
By midday Tuesday, 43.75% (35 votes) of those who responded in an on-line survey said they weren't excited about Obama's presidency and called him overhyped.
Thirty-four respondents (42.50%) said they were excited and 13.75% said they were indifferent.
Early Tuesday; however, the Obama naysayers outnumbered supporters by 62.07% - 20.69%.
