Authorities seize more than 300 dogs from Montana woman

BALLANTINE, Mont., - The Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office animal rescue team was called to Shady Lane Kennell’s to rescue more than 300 dogs believed to be victim’s of cruelty.

Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Deputies served dog breeder and property owner Linda Kapsa with a search warrant, which gave the county permission to seize all of the dogs.
More than 60 volunteers assisted in the rescue effort.
“They’re my babies, they go everywhere with me,” Kapsa said.
One official said several of the dogs that were brought in on Dec. 11 were exposed to parvo and fleas and were in need of severe grooming.More Headlines...
