MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash. - An Lynnwood man has been arrested for investigation of murder in the death of a 17-year-old Seattle girl whose body was found in Lake Ballinger.

The 21-year-old man was arrested Tuesday, and police are also looking for 17-year-old Mario Ibanez, aka "Pelon" in connection with the homicide.

The body of Britney Galindez was found Oct. 21 in the lake.

Witnesses told Mountlake Terrace police she got sick in a car after drinking the night of Oct. 13 and threw up, angering her friends.

Police say they drove to Lake Ballinger where the man strangled Galindez, stabbed her in the neck with a screwdriver and held her head under water until she was dead.
