TIGARD, Ore -- An elderly man was kicked out of a movie theater on Friday afternoon after allegedly urinating on a 14-year-old boy.

Police said they believe the elderly man was intoxicated at the time. The teen's father entered into an altercation with the older man. At this point, another theater patron apparently thought he heard the word "gun," so he also began shouting "gun" repeatedly. This caused a panic and theater patrons rushed to exit to the building.

The panic caused a brief lockdown in neighboring business until police determined there was no weapon or ammunition in the area.
