Boeing 747 cargo plane making emergency landing at Paine Field

Emergency crews at Paine Field have been dispatched after a plane reported an emergency.
The crew of the Atlas Air 747-400 cargo plane reported an emergency loss of the hydraulic system.
The plane is circling to dump fuel before making an emergency landing.
