MARYSVILLE, Wash. (AP) — Police say a Tulalip man wanted on a murder warrant in the beating death of a baby is suspected of robbing a pharmacy in Marysville.
A man matching the description of 21-year-old James Fryberg said he had a gun Tuesday and demanded prescription drugs.
Fryberg is accused of killing his girlfriend's baby son last May while she was at work. An arrest warrant was issued earlier Tuesday when he failed to make a court appearance. He had been free while awaiting trial.
