PORTLAND – Hundreds of family and friends honored Paul Lee, the Portland student killed at Seattle Pacific University, during a memorial Sunday afternoon in Beaverton.
Lee, a freshman at SPU, was killed in a shooting at the school June 5.
Lee attended Westview High School in Beaverton. His friends, family and teachers mourned the loss of the young man, who they said was “always happy” and “a ray of light.”
A memorial for Lee was at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Village Baptist Church at 330 SW Murray Blvd. in Beaverton. The service was open to the public.
