MILWAUKIE, Ore. -- A chef from Milwaukie, Oregon has earned the gold in a culinary competition.
Pascal Sauton is now “Eater's 3rd Annual Hottest Chef in America.”
Eater had already crowned Chef Pascal tops in Portland. And just before noon Wednesday, he won the national title.
Sauton had promised that if he won, he would serve up his famous Pabst Blue Ribbon Tillamook white cheddar soup for free on Friday at his restaurant, Milwaukie Kitchen & Wine.
