VANCOUVER -- A Clark County prosecutor said Monday in court that a woman arrested Friday for kidnapping, robbing and shooting an Oregon man first lured the victim to her apartment before the incident.

JoAnna Speaks appeared in Clark County Superior Court Monday clad in a suicide smock.

Her bail was set at $250,000 Monday and she told the judge she planned to hire her own attorney. An arraignment was schedule for Dec. 14 on accusations of attempted murder, kidnapping and robbery.

The victim staggered nearly a mile early last Wednesday morning to seek help after getting shot in the hands, elbow, stomach, shoulder and head, court documents said.
