BOISE -- A former top executive from Meridian-based Bodybuilding.com is in legal trouble.
Former corporate financial officer Michael McClane is accused of injuring two female employees on a company rafting trip near Stanley in August.
McClane is charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery stemming from the incident.
According to court documents obtained by KTVB -- two women reported to police that McClane touched, pushed, grabbed, pinched and shook them on a bus ride.
The two female employees say the battery happened on August 23, 2012 after the leadership team rafting trip.
A Bodybuilding.com spokesperson tells KTVB McClane is "no longer employed by or affiliated with" the company and they are looking for a new CFO.
The company wouldn't give any further comment - saying this is a personnel matter.
McClane has pleaded not guilty to the charge, and his attorney declined comment.
According to Custer County Prosecuting Attorney Val Siegel, McClane will now likely face a jury trial.
He's next scheduled in court on Jan. 7, 2013.
