A Port Orchard family is asking for the public’s help finding a missing family member.
Cecil Mann hasn't been seen since Saturday. His family says he may have gone fishing and became disoriented.
Mann is 77 years old and does not have his medication with him.
He's driving a royal blue 2007 Ford Focus. It has Oregon plates with license number SL7 5557
