Gas prices are fluxuating in Washington again this summer, but this time it's not for the better.
After big price drop right before the Memorial Day weekend, gas prices have increased again, up 17 cents in a week and 28 cents in a month, according to AAA.
The Washington state average reached $3.87 this week.
In Seattle, the average is slightly higher, $3.89 a gallon. Bellingham prices have increased to $4.00 a gallon, the highest average in the state.
The lowest gas prices in Washington are in Spokane, where the average is $3.65.
