SALEM, Ore. -- A man died Sunday after he was pulled into rocks on the Willamette River on an inner tube towed by a jet ski driven by his brother.
Rescue crews were dispatched about 7:30 p.m. to Wallace Marine Park in West Salem, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
Enrique Salinas, 38, of Salem, died at the scene, police said.
He was at the park for a family outing. The brother was not cited.
Police said it was a tragic accident that did not involve drugs or alcohol.
