SPOKANE -- Firefighters planned to work overnight Sunday to contain a large brush fire in North Central Washington.
The Antoine Creek Fire started just after 12:00 p.m. Sunday. It was 10-percent contained late Sunday.
The fire is burning about seven miles northeast of Chelan in an area of grass and light timber.
Eight structures are threatened, but it is unknown if anyone has been evacuated.
Approximately 60 firefighters from various fire districts, the Department of Natural Resources, and the Bureau of Land Management are on scene.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
