Drivers are getting a break at the pump.
The Lundberg Survey of fuel prices says the average price of a gallon of gasoline has dropped 10 cents over the past three weeks.
A gallon of regular now costs $3.38. Midgrade comes in at $3.55 a gallon, and premium is $3.69.
Of the cities surveyed, Memphis, Tenn., has the nation's lowest average price and Long Island, N.Y., the highest.
In Spokane, an average gallon of gas costs $3.31, down from $3.42 a week ago.
