SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A man who was attempting to force his way into a north Spokane home Wednesday evening was shot and killed.
Police spokeswoman Monique Cotton says it did not appear to be an attempted robbery but the specific reason for the home intrusion is unclear.
She says it's unlikely anyone will be charged with the shooting.
