CENTRALIA, Wash. (AP) — Police caught two teens early Monday suspected of spray-painting graffiti in Centralia.
The Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/YaHa4Y ) police believe the 18-year-old and 15-year-old put gang-style graffiti on more than 20 buildings.
