SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A driver in a fatal crash in Spokane was arrested for possible charges of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.
Police say 38-year-old Bryan J. Storms was speeding Sunday afternoon when he ran a stop sign and collided with a pickup truck killing the driver. Two passengers in Storms' car were seriously injured.
Police says Storms attempted to run from the scene and was chased down by officers and a citizen.
