SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Police in Spokane, Wash., have arrested two people in connection with a shooting in North Spokane that wounded two men.
KREM-TV reports (http://is.gd/oiaGg ) 23-year-old Phillip Ruiz and Daniel Dublin were arrested Saturday, each for investigation of first-degree assault. The shooting took place around 4 a.m. Saturday.
Two men who were wounded were taken to the hospital, where they were listed in critical condition. Police say they're expected to survive.
Detectives said the shooting is likely gang-related.
