SOAP LAKE, Wash. (AP) — A woman was killed in a fire Wednesday at a four-plex in Soap Lake.
Other residents were able to escape.
Mayor Raymond Gravelle told The Wenatchee World (http://is.gd/8xQnk2 ) the roof caved in and three units in the building were destroyed.
