Like to stretch a dollar? Always looking for a freebie? Well then, consider living in San Antonio. The Alamo City came in at number 6 in Kiplinger.com's 10 Best Cities for Cheapskates. The website came up with its list by taking into account each city’s Cost-of-living, high levels of income relative to cost of living, and free stuff to do as measured by the volume of libraries and museums.
