Racist graffiti removed from WSU library wall

PULLMAN, Wash. --- Crews removed a racist slur written on the wall of Washington State University’s library.

Kirk Schulz, the WSU president, quote tweeted a photo from a student and said the slur was unacceptable.

Due to the offensive nature of the slur, KREM 2 blurred the photo. Click here to see the original tweet from user @haniyyahdixon.

The graffiti also said “Trump 2016.”

“This is completely unacceptable at WSU and does not represent the inclusive and diverse environment we all strive for,” said Schulz in a tweet.

He reported later Wednesday morning that the graffiti had been removed by WSU library staff.
