SPOKANE -- Warming centers across the Inland Northwest are open Sunday night.  The city of Spokane has also activated its homeless warming center program.

That includes the Salvation Army on East Indiana, House of Charity, Hope House and Crosswalk.  In Coeur d'Alene, St. Vincent De Paul and Fresh Start are also open.

Warming centers open when the temperature reaches 15 degrees or lower.
