An overturned boat closed a portion of Interstate 90 Thursday night near Huetter, Idaho.

The 30 foot Prestige boat was leaking gas, and police were worried it might explode.

Police tell KREM 2 News alcohol was a factor in the rollover. The driver, 43-year-old Kenneth Dieter was arrested.

Idaho State Police say the boat began to fishtail while going downhill.

Dieter then lost control of his 2007 Chevy Tahoe, rolling the vehicle, and snapping the trailer hitch for the boat.

The boat landed upside down in the eastbound lanes of traffic.

A few people suffered minor injuries, but refused treatment.
