SPOKANE -- Most fireworks are illegal, but there are those folks who can't do without them for the Fourth of July.

Within Spokane County there are only three places, Airway Heights, Deer Park and Medical Lake, where you can light fireworks legally.

Lighting, or even possessing even the smallest sparklers and smoke bombs can garner a $500 fine if executed outside those cities.
