Missing girl found

COEUR D'ALENE--The Kootenai County Sheriff's Department has found a runaway 12-year-old girl from Athol, ID.

Kootenai Co. Sheriff's Dept.

Kaetlynn Smith went missing from her foster home in Athol, ID Sunday afternoon.

Kaetlynn Smith contacted a family member by phone in Coeur d'Alene this afternoon and is safe.

She ran away from her foster home this weekend.
