SPOKANE--Three men are on the loose today after a home invasion robbery that was reported around 3 a.m. this morning at W. 720 Cora in north Spokane.

Residents of the apartment said they woke up when three masked men kicked in their door and entered the home.

The male resident was hit over the head with a large rock and was later transported to a hospital for significant head injuries.

Suspects were seen running from the apartment complex with a suitcase.

They reportedly left the scene in a grey or silver 1980's Chevrolet Celebrity-type vehicle. Anyone with information should report it to 242-TIPS.
