SPOKANE VALLEY -- Crime Stoppers has offered a cash reward for information that solves a commercial burglary in which 14 handguns were stolen.

Spokane Co. Sheriff's Office

Police say this is the man who stole 14 handguns from the Sportsman's Warehouse in Spokane Valley.

Last Tuesday, March 25th, a suspect hid inside The Sportsman’s Warehouse located at 14014 E. Indiana in Spokane. The thief waited until after the store had closed, then grabbed the handguns and fled out a back door. His loot included .40-caliber, 9mm and .45-caliber pistols.

Detectives believe the same suspect made an earlier attempt to burglarize the business last November. A suspect was captured on security video inside the business after it had closed, but it appears he was frightened off by an alarm and took nothing.

Although he appears a bit heavier in the November video, the suspect repeated similar actions in both burglaries, leading detectives to believe the same man committed both crimes.

The suspect left the business from doors located on the west loading dock.

Persons with information regarding this commercial burglary are encouraged to call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at (509) 327-5111, or forward the information using the website www.crimestoppersinlandnorthwest.org.
