Spring snow clearing out of Inland Northwest

SPOKANE -- Another spring snow storm pounded the Inland Northwest over the weekend.
Some areas got more than a foot of snow. In Spokane, several inches fell both Saturday and Sunday.
Blue birds building nest interrupted by late March snow.
The weather conditions are blamed for more than 100 wrecks in Spokane county over the weekend.
Officials have extended the deadline to remove studded tires for Washington drivers to April 5th because of the recent snow.
That deadline in Idaho is April 30th.
People who do not comply, will be fined.
