Motor home bursts into flames while on the road

SPOKANE -- Spokane fire crews put out a motor home fire on Spokane's South Hill Saturday night near Carnahan and Glenrose.
Motor home caught fire on Spokane street.
A couple was just making a simple trip to gas up the vehicle to get ready for a trip next week. They say it started smoking while they were driving home. Luckily they were able to get out in time, before it burst into flames.
Firefighters were able to put out the fire when they got there, but the vehicle is totaled. Firefighters say the fire likely started in the motor compartment.
