SPOKANE, Wash. -- A 33-year-old woman and her 39-year-old boyfriend are accused of embezzling $814,000 from two Spokane advertising agencies.

A Spokane couple is accused of embezzling more than $800,000 from two advertising agencies.

A federal indictment says Michelle Wing and Kenneth Marsh used the money for down payments on houses, luxury vehicles, a $30,000 2008 Super Bowl travel package and airline tickets for a youth football team's trip to California.

Wing and Marsh are each accused in the indictment of conspiracy and multiple counts of bank fraud in a white collar crime investigation handled by the FBI.

Wing also is charged with two additional counts of identity theft, opening credit card accounts, using her boss' name, Social Security number and birth date without his knowledge.

Wing is being held at the federal correctional facility at SeaTac.

Wing was the bookkeeper for the Centaur Group in Spokane. Centaur provided administrative services for two advertising agencies, E Media and Power Marketing Associates.

Marsh was described in the indictment as a "friend and associate" of Wing and was not employed by Centaur.
