SPOKANE – Police responded to a report of a stabbing that occurred just before 10 p.m. Monday night.

Spokane Police investigated a shooting late Monday in North Spokane.

When authorities arrived at the Regal Arms Apartment complex at 4102 North Regal they discovered that a man in his 20s had been stabbed in the neck.

The injury was non-life threatening.

Police say they are looking for the suspect, also in his 20s. There were witnesses to the altercation.

Those witnesses told police that the two male acquaintances got into an argument, which prompted the assault.

Police are continuing their investigation.
