SPOKANE -- The median price of a home has declined and housing sales are down 25 percent over last year.

Spokane's housing market is currently experiencing a decline.
Trying to sell a home right now is not an easy thing to do.
Rob Higgins, the president of the Spokane Association of Realtors said; however, that now is a good time to be a home buyer.
