Officials make Spokane Valley drug bust, arrests several suspects

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - Several people were arrested after officials from various law enforcement agencies served a search warrant at a residence known for drug activities and sales in the Spokane Valley.

The Spokane Valley SWAT Team, SVIU Detectives, Spokane Valley Deputies & K9s, served the warrant a home on McCabe just north of Sprague in Spokane Valley.

Officials said in a release two subjects ran from the location when officials arrived at the house. 
One man, Case Hartman, 47, led officers on a brief chase. Officials said he admitted to trying to get rid of a realistic looking pellet gun that he dropped during the chase. 

Colton P. Kilgallen, 26, was also arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Officials said the main focus of the investigation, Christ Bain, 57 was also arrested and charged with six counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was released after his court appearance.

Monday, another person connected to the case was also arrested and charged. Shayla Grafe, 28, was booked for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance. 

In a release, officials said the investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible.
