ISP: Kellogg woman killed in crash wasn't wearing seatbelt

KELLOGG, Idaho – One woman is dead after a one car crash in Kellogg Thursday night.

Officials said Alecia Arthur, 37, was driving eastbound on Silver Valley Road around 10:30 p.m. when she crossed over into the westbound lanes and left the roadway.

Idaho State Police said once she left the road, she hit a jersey barrier, then an embankment and overturned.

Authorities said Arthur was not wearing a seatbelt.
